About Us

Dianthus Business Park offers various warehouse, production and office facilities at its location in Newport, East Yorkshire.

The site was established when JZ Flowers made a decision to consolidate their three productions sites in Kingston Upon Hull into a purpose built, state of the art production facility here in Newport, East Yorkshire. This location became the flagship location for JZ Flowers who also have production facilities in Spalding, Lincolnshire, and Naas, Ireland.

By mid-2012, JZ Flowers decided to expand the site further to keep up with the rapid success and growth of their business. In 2013, phase 2 was completed and an additional 5,500m² of state-of-the-art cold storage and production facilities was added to Dianthus Business Park to meet the demands of JZ Flowers’ customers and consumers.

It was not long before JZ Flowers needed to expand again. In 2015, after a period of sustained growth, a further 12,500m2 expansion of production and storage facilities was added.

Dianthus Business Park is now home to a number of tenants from a range of different industries with companies including QwikFlowers, Royal Lemkes Ltd, William Jackson Food Group, ProGarm and FlamePro occupying units at the site.

Planning permission has been granted for an additional three units to be built including plans to expand the JZ Flowers and SuperFlora facility further, a new lorry park, and a Wetlands project due to be completed by May 2022.
