In 2016, Dianthus Business Park saw the completion of Units 7 and 8 (both 6,300 m2), which were built to cope with the further growth of both companies and to effectively manage the huge peaks at Christmas, Valentines and Mother’s Day, which we know in the UK flower and plant business.

In June 2023, Dianthus Business Park welcomed Humber Storage Solutions as permanent tenants of Units 7 and 8.

The units comprises a warehouse facility recently used for packing and distribution with chilled facility. The building is of a steel portal frame construction with insulated profile steel cladding with a large internal clear span.
