Unit 1 - Occupied by Paneltex Ltd

Unit 1 was constructed when Intergreen (UK) Ltd wanted to move from Spalding, Lincolnshire, to Dianthus Business Park, and in December 2013, a 13,100 m2 facility was completed for them.

Once Intergreen vacated the building, Unit 1 was temporarily occupied by William Jackson Food Group while a new distribution centre, Unit 9 (6,300 m2) was built for them, and this was completed in October 2022.

Since 2023, Unit 1 has been occupied by Paneltex Ltd, a manufacturer of insulated panels for cold storage, Paneltex is one of the world’s leading temperature-controlled vehicle body builders and converters.
