Units 5 and 6 - Occupied by JZ Flowers and Superflora

In 2010, Dianthus Business Park was originally founded to build a modern bespoke production facility for JZ Flowers, who at the time was operating out of three production sites in the Hull area and through this development were able to centralise the three operations into one state of the art production site. This is currently known as Unit 5.

By 2015, both JZ Flowers and Intergreen, who occupied Unit 1,  needed more space and Unit 6 (5,418 m2) was built next to Unit 5 for storage of all consumables for JZ Flowers and Intergreen.

JZ Flowers now share these units with their sister company SuperFlora UK. Both companies specialise in the supply of flowers and plants to large retailers in the UK and overseas

The property comprises of warehouse facilities used for packing and distribution with chilled facilities. The units currently provide a combined 261,778 sq. ft of warehouse space. The building is of steel portal frame construction with profile steel cladding and large internal clear span.
